Gulyas leves [recipe]
about 40dkg leg of pork (meat) - cut into little pieces
1 onion
oil
about 2 spoon (soup spoon) of red paprika
about half spoon (soup spoon) of hot red paprika
a bit pepper and koÅNmeÅLnymag (that spice I gave You)
salt
2 big carrot - cut into little pieces
2 big turnip (that white root, You know) - cut into little pieces
3 big potatoes - cut into little pieces
1 little piece of kohlrabi or turnip cabbage (I hope You can find this word)
1 little pievce of celery
1 pice from the Gulyasleves kocka (it's in that box) - it's salty so be careful with the salt at the begining
two of the paprika's upper part
pasta (Csipetke, I gave You)

Making:
Put the onion into the oil and heat it until the onion is like glass, than put the bowl away from the fire and put the hot and the not hot red paprika in it and mix it. Than put the pork meat into it and put back on the fire but stir it. But the salt the pepper and koÅNmeÅLnymag on it and fry a bit around 10-15 minutes, than pour around 2 or 2,5 liter of water (maybe more) on it and boil it for a while (around 10 minutes). Than put the vegetables in it (carrots, turnips, potatoes, kohlrabi, celery, paprika's upper part) and the GulyaÅLsleves kocka. Boil it until everything is almost ready. Than put the pasta into it and boil it for another 20 minutes. We serve it with bread.
